My exercise stats from the last week are a mixed bag, a few busy days but a couple of shocking Thursdays. Last Thursday I was still recovering from my bad foot incident, but last Thursday I was just really busy, so didn't go out. This Thursday, Thursday coming, I will be in London. I'm swapping days around but it still might not be that active. I'm commuting in to work that morning, and then going to the pub after to see MJ Hibbett's Totally Acoustic..
Junior Parkrun done. Didn't start my watch so have no accurate measurement for him yet. We'll wait to see what the time was and if he improved before we decide if we're going to Chaos Cards in Folkestone.
