Blog2024 ≫ Parkrun 171

Still not quite shaken off this cold, did not really feel like going today. The boys were up before me though, and T1 seemingly keen to go so of we went. It's a bit cold out, We both ran in our hoodies. Same pattern as usual, I slow down for him for 90% of the run then he sprints away from me and I can't keep up for the last 10%.

Typical work Friday afternoon yesterday, an incident came in which kept me busy up to the last knockings of the day. Clare gave me a lift to the Potting Shed, then I went to Everest Nepalese with a friend. We were both drinking and eating very sensibly I would say, just three beers in the pub, and then just a Nepalese chow mein for me to eat with half a sag aloo.

Today birthday boy's birthday treat, so cinema and pizza hut.

Thick cloud and light winds, 5 - 11℃.
