Blog ≫ 2024 ≫ Looks like a bargain flat for sale down the road
It's right on the sea front, and it's £85k! But, it's going up for auction and I guess that's the very low guide price.
It's not the smartest block but it's nearly cheap enough to be an investment place for us.
They could have tidied up a bit for the pictures I think.
