I did not really fancy going out today either, but I braved it. No rain or anything and no wind, but it was still pretty cold. I warmed up first this time on the treadmill, so my total for the day is more than 5km yet again which is good. I just ran my regular route along the road to Hythe and then back along Princes Parade.
Clare is still doing well on her plan to walk every day. We have not really got the boys out for exercise yet.
Double christmas present lunch today, I made pasties in the Ninja with my new Crimp-It, and I accompanied the pasties with some amazing chilli kimchi that Clare got me. Fermented salted chillis, delicious.
Gah I messed up my plan to only use questions for subject lines on yesterday's little blog entry. I could go back and edit it, but I can't be bothered.
Sunny intervals and a moderate breeze, -2 - 5℃.
5k: Five km, just over three miles in old money.
