It was really frosty out there. I got to parkrun a little late and started at the back, there looked to be more people than normal. Slow starting, for about the first 1km we seemed to be shoulder to shoulder, most people taking it very cautiously. The thick frost on the pavement didn't clear even with all those feet stamping down on it, though on the second time round The Leas it started to defrost a bit.
After parkrun I dropped the boys off at grandpa's house, and Clare and I went to Canterbury. We had a lovely day, a bit of easy shoping, and Clare actually bought a new coat. We got some new old books and a splendid lunch in Bill's. Man alive it's a lot cheaper buying lunch for two when we're both not drinking, compared to a normal lunch for four with wine or something.
Some TV apart from that. We watched a Moonflower Murders before picking the boys up, and then watched another one while they were faffing about on their phones. Unfortunately back to The Traitors now. It's not annoying me any less.
Tomorrow, going for a run in the morning, it should be a bit warmer. Then to Ashford to see if there's a better coat option, if she finds one we'll be returning the original one.
