Knew I had an early alarm set and a commute into the office today, that got my brain whirring and stopped my sleeping. Finally surrendered and looked at my watch, and it was 5am. Normally I don't look as that definitely stops me going back to sleep. So, wide awake at five, and don't need to really get up until six, should I go for a run? Or on the treadmill? I definitely should, get today's run done early. But did I though? No I did not, I just lay there until the alarm went off. So now I have to head into London and run at lunchtime.
Light cloud and a gentle breeze, 3 - 7℃.
