I've been without a record player for a couple of months now. It was moved for christmas, and then it got affected by a Sonos update. Actually possibly before that it was broken by a sonos update. It wasn't the big sonos update where everything got broken, but it broke at some point while they were trying to fix all the things they ruined then. Well yesterday I had some spare time and thought why not waste an hour disappointing myself trying to get it working again. But when I turned on the Sonos Port there was an update waiting, and after this update it all worked OK again. So things might gradually be coming back.

Still nothing from my NAS, I am not sure Sonos are ever going to support that protocol again. I will keep trying though just in case.

Ran again this morning, out and back before work, so all good. Not as cold as it has been, but it still feels cold in the house. The heating keeps coming on, it's on now.

I have made a crazy plan for work tomorrow, no even crazier than the hostel thing. I'm getting the 06:30 in in the morning. This meeans getting up at 05:00. The good things about this train are, it counts as "off peak" and there are advance tickets available for it. This means my daily commute is thirty quid cheaper. This is the way. If I were to combine this with the hostel and go in several days I would save even more. Unfortunately I can only go into London one day this week though, as I have dentist tomorrow and then parents evening after work on Thursday.

Friday I've made loose plans to drive my friends to a pub in Dover, while I am still not drinking.
