Running ever day for four weeks! Over four weeks, today was my twenty-ninth day in a row, as I ran on the last day of last year too. I did the treadmill today, as the weather was noisy and stormish in the night, and much the same when Clare went out for a walk this morning. It had cleared up a bit by lunchtime but I didn't trust it.
Work ok today, the support side of it has been quiet so far, and I've been quite productive in other bits.
Nearly there now with runuary, three more days to go.
Light rain and a fresh breeze, 5 - 9℃.
