Going to Canterbury tomorrow for the day, and I thought we'd get in a few pubs. The Thomas Tallis micropub is not going to be one of them then, it's closed on Mondays.

Pegasus Tap Room is open, from 5pm. They have a live beer menu on that website, it's hard to read though. For the day of our visit it looks like this:
