Blog2025 ≫ I hear it was a nice day today

So busy today, had two projects going live. First one went smoothly, and all good. Then waiting to hear all day if we had the go ahead for the second. It came late in the day, all went ok, then some errors came in. Investigated and had to revert our bit of it to stop traffic again while the broken bit was fixed. Should be all good for tomorrow.

Commuting to London tomorrow, with Clare, for the first time in many years! Last time we went to work on the same train it was the old days before the high speed.

Friends walking to Unit One tomorrow afternoon, but I have no more days left to take. I had those two hours yesterday, but couldn't use them on Friday as I have a full day anyway. I will head to the Potting Shed after work and meet them on their way back I hope. Maybe for a curry.

Another quiet night in tonight. We've not even watched Gladiators from the weekend yet, as T1 has been doing reviwision every night. He has mock exams again this week, he had Maths and Chemistry on Monday which he was really pleased with. Then double English yesterday which he was less pleased with but already knows the bits that went wrong. Today was Biology and really hard. Maths, Chemistry and Biology are his main ones to focus on, but he's going to do really well on all of them.

T2's guitar is picking up, it was a treat to hear him practicing today, and also seeminlyg enjoying his practicing.

Should be a nice day again tomorrow, at least I will get a bit more of a walk, even if only as part of the journey to work.

Partly cloudy and light winds, 6 - 15℃.
