Blog2025 ≫ Parkrun 187

A busy couple of days at work, but Friday I managed to do a quick Tesco run at lunch, some pay day treats, then finished work on time. Went straight to Docker with Clare, but it wasn't very good. Next time we go out we're going somewhere else. Then we got the bus, she home and me to The Potting Shed which was very good, lots of fun chat and real ale. A massive Chinese takeaway on the way home, so running today with that still slopping around in my belly. Wasn't sure I was going to make the run, but I did.

There was a wedding there today! Well a pre-wedding. There was a DJ and he was dressed as a vicar, and the bride and groom to be are regulars who are getting married tomorrow. Congrats to them, and congrats to me for doing the 5k without throwing up.

I think my run stats have disappeared from here, I need to check on Garmin, they must have done some updated that is blocking me downloading them...

Oasis played Southampton Joiners this day in 1994. I was not there.

Sunny and a moderate breeze, 7 - 12℃.

5k: Five km, about three miles in old money.
