Saturday after parkrun I walked into Hythe for a hair cut. Nice weather, nice and sunny, but felt a big chilly on the way back. Not drinking on Saturday night, we watched another Marvel film. We're working through them in order, so that was The Hulk.
After the massive Chinese takeaway on the way home on Friday, then a sensible Saturday, I pigged out again on Sunday. We went to Dover to put some flowers down at Clare's mum's grave, then into Dover to Il Rustico, an Italian restaurant that had been recommended. It's a low key kind of place but the food was really good. I will go back again, though I have to not drive next time so I can go in The Hoptimist next door.
After our meal I dropped Clare and the boys off at The Ship in Sandgate, then I took the car home and walked down there. We sat for longer than we intended, because we bumped into friends. Then on the walk home we smelled curry cooking somewhere, so that put me in mind to get a delivery. So we did! Did not need another meal at this point and indeed T1 decided not to have anything. But Clare and T2 and I ate our fill, while we watched Iron Man 2.
Busy back at work again this week.
A clear sky and a gentle breeze, 4 - 12℃.
