Happy birthday if it is your birthday today. I shouldn't say whose birthday it is in case anyone is harvesting this online info and using it to build up a profile and fraud me. I share too much I'm sure, and I'm only lucky that no-one is reading this. If I put this volume of content on one of the social medias my accounts would have been emptied by now.
No parkrun for me today, mostly because I am properly on call for the next forty-eight hours. I am primary on call, I don't normally do this. Then I have two days of being secondary on call, that's the one I normally do. Secondary is free money, you never get called, but primary there is a good chance I will get woken up. Also there's a scheduled event at 6am on Monday I think, so do I have to be up for that? I think I do. Hoping now it is Tuesday, when I would be optional.
After those on calls, and two days of proper work too, I have a few days off. You'll never guess what I'm doing with those days off as I'm not saying as I'm all careful with my information these days. Apropos of nothing though I need to spend this weekend packing up my tent and things.

Kids are out, Clare is out, I'm listening to records, and going to just sit on the balcony for a bit. For about two minutes until I get too hot.
