Rain absolutely honking down here. Luckily it was alright on our walk in to Sandgate yesterday, we had a lovely time on the big table in the corner of The Ship playing cards. Dinner was also good, three of us had pies and they were very good. One had only hummus and flatbread as he had had a massive Five Guys burger for lunch. We played, or at least tried to play a card game called Whiskey that burger boy had learned at school. A bit complex and involves having a hand of cards that are all face down that you need to remember, and also try and remember what the other players have. Too much for me, my very short term memory like that is no good.
Weather was inbetween what it was on the way out and what it is now for our walk home. So a little colder and starting to drizzle, but not like this.
Wife is out at the gym, I am waiting for shopping to arrive and then going to do more shopping to make a new recipe for tea, sticky potato and pepper salad with lots of complicated ingredients. What could go wrong.
Strictly Come Dancing was really good last night, got to see the dance to Radiohead, about forty-seven minutes in here.
