We went to see the support band Senseless Things. Got in free by selling t-shirts and I had a free "Is It Too Late?" Jamie Hewlett t-shirt for a long time after... wonder if I still do 1?
This flyer is not from the gig I was at, this is London, a venue I would go to a few years later. But it is from around the same time, two weeks later. No mention of The Senseless Things on this one.
- Update I definitely do, found it in the loft again in 2024. Now how can I best keep it safe? Maybe frame it? It does have the sleeves cut off, I probably won't wear it.
I was at this one, more from this year in my gig history for 1990. I have seen Senseless Things probably 2 times; Cropdusters @ Eastpoint Centre (1990), and Gosport Festival 94 @ Walpole Park (Gosport) (1994), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of all the gigs I went to from '87 to 2025. An obvious step from my Best gigs of all time blog post. Yeah I know a bit geeky, let's let that go though, I'm enjoying reminiscing about these things.
