Lots more info here, I researched this again when I did a quiz round based on this recently. Who knew that Robert Plant asked for his contribution not to be repeated? And who remembers Bob Geldof being there? Not me.
I was at this one, more from this year in my gig history for 1992. I have seen Queen at least 2 times; Freddie Mercury Tribute Concert @ Wembley Stadium ('92), and Brixton Academy ('05), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of every gig I went to from '87 to 2025. It's an obvious step from my Best Gigs Ever blog post. Yeah I know a bit geeky, let's let that go though, I'm enjoying reminiscing about this stuff.
