Not important but things I might look back on one day "what exactly was it we did at the weekend"...
Even though Clare has a bad back right now (maybe sciatica) she found it better to be moving around so we walked into Fareham and back. Mum wanted to buy the boys a comic so we only really headed in for that, nice to walk around though. Walking PAST all the pubs of course, it's it's still January not drinking, dryanuary 1 if you like. We've been looking in charity shops for films for the boys to watch, they really enjoy their picnic tea watching a film in the front foom, on the picnic rug. Didn't find anything today but we do have a few queued up.
Also went to the park near Portchester Castle for a change, there is a zip line there. Was cold on Sunday morning, still icy everywhere. A lot of water on the ground and frozen, so crunchy but wet under foot. The park was quite good, worth going to, both boys had fun. Went for a bit of a walk round it too, along the sea wall so we could see the abandoned boats in the creek. You get a different view of the Castle from that angle. Have always taken it for granted, but it's pretty impressive to have a huge old castle locally.
