Got up and treadmilled around the breakfast times. Did not have to do any taxiing today. So Runuary day five done!
I think I slept better, but was not as tired at bedtime, so was still awake when Clare came in. Didn't watch much on TV but caught up with some 2000ads and reading the Cormoran Strike book.
Glad not to be in London today for work. 1) saves money 2) time to run 3) time to fit other jobs in. I put the battery back in the beetle today and it was fine. I just have to remember to top the charge up every couple of months. I've put a reminder in my calendar now. Got a lot of reminders in there right now, mostly things to go and spend tomorrow's pay day on. I celebrated the success of the beetle battery by buying that shirt. Not exactly that bedspread shirt I was originally looking at, but one from the same site in the same pattern but different colours. Orangier. It was less than half the price of the original one I was looking at in Port Solent, and only £2 postage.
