Thirty-one days, thirty-one 5km runs. Nothing special today just around Sandgate and back at lunchtime. I just about fitted it in between meetings.
That's dryanuary done too, though not sure when I will be going to the pub to start Febrewery. It's not really convenient tomorrow, wife is working all week.
Tomorrow a more relaxing day, I will not be going out for a run, and I'm not even doing parkrun on Saturday, I decided to volunteer instead.
