Fastest time this year! OK not much of this year, but looks to be my best Runuary time since 2022. I ran faster in September, not sure how. Shows it is not not drinking what does it. Unless of course I was not drinking in September too, there is a chance. Oh!:
Good parkrun! Entirely a coincidence that I didn't go out on Friday night and had my best run for six months. Was not drinking all week actually.
