Went out with the boys for runuary day twenty-six. We did a few laps round our street to do 2km for T2, then T1 and I carried on along the seafront to make it up to 5km. WAY too windy out there, we cut back onto the canal path, but it still wasn't pleasant. Hopefully he'll come back to parkrun with me next week, that is easier. Still I can update their little table of progress. No actual progress this time.

We're off to the Pokemon card shop in ten minutes as a reward for T2 getting his sorry arse out there, then to Tesco for the bin food run, then back for me to make a shepherds pie or something for our dinner.
Wife has cancelled her plan for an afternoon walk with a friend as the weather is foul, it has got much worse, rain now too. She still wants to walk though to try and get her step count up (she's still going for 10,000 steps every day this month) so we will drop here along the road somewhere.
