🏃 08:29 Shepway Running 5.6K, 5'36/K - Slow and cold! it's really icy out there. I thought the sea spray might make it less slippery along the front but the sea is very calm. lovely conditions really. for a walk, not a run... my first km was slow as I stopped to talk to neighbour Chris and his dog Raffi. she remembered me from us dogsitting her the other day.
