Opening night of the tour, in Folkestone. So after a productive day of work and a quick dinner, three of us are off to the Leas Cliff Hall, and one of us is staying home. I am not drinking still, but I am not the one staying home.
Oh we won the quiz at The Ship last night too! Another night out, another one not drinking though. We have booked the quiz again for four weeks time, it was good we hope for a prize again...
Pay day today but I have not topped up premium bonds or stonks or anything yet. Don't talk to me about the silver investment it has crashed. Maybe it is good though for this to happen now, I could buy some more, I'm sure it will rise again.
It's raining out there now, glad we're driving and parking at the car park with the exit right opposite the venue. Though actually, what if that's busy and I have to drop the others off and find somewhere else and then walk in this rain??
