Wow heavy rain in the night. I had forgotten about rain. It is very welcome, and the sun is out again now. Still going to be a lovely day.
Lovely for us we're off to Lisbon 1. I am strangely apprehensive and nervous about this trip, not sure why. It should be easy and relaxing. I think it's that this start is too relaxing. We should be rushing on the morning of a holiday, in fact we should already be at the airport by this time. But it's a very slow relaxed start. Slow enough for me to be sat here typing this with no-one else up yet. Just took wife a cup of tea, so she is awake.
Still got to clear out the fridge and make sure the place is tidy. I had a last minute thought about beach shoes or flip-flops, I am only taking the trainers I am wearing at the moment, nothing else. I do have surf shoes and flip flops, but we won't be spending much time on the beach. The boys don't have any that fit so we'll all be in the same boat. I might take the flip flops as they don't take much space. Ooh yeah and we'll actually be in a boat at some point 2, but trainers for that I think.
Can do online checking now, whatever tht means. Got seats 21C-F, that's a window, a middle, and two aisles, all in a row.
