🏃 09:00 Folkestone parkrun 5.0K, 4'54/K - Runuary1? DONEuary more like! The whole month running 5k every day. I make that seven years in a row of this too, starting in 2000. Did not feel too difficult this year, but I did not do any more than the bare minimum to hurt my self imposed target this year. None of them were too quick either. This parkrun felt quite nippy, but wasn't really.
Taking Sunday 1st Feb off...
Some things missing from the graph since September 2023, working on getting them back just kind of hoping someone else will fix it and they'll come back.
These are my average kilometre running times during January since Iʼve been doing Runuary.
This week only.
Second best time this week.
Second best pace for a 31/01.
I ran every day this week.
Special treat, the whole of Runuary at once!
Quickest day on this table was Saturday Jan 25, 2020, they tend to be at parkrun on a Saturday.
That was my fastest ever day!
Slowest day on this table was Tue Jan 29, 2019, but it was indoors.
Today I ran outdoors.
