Twice in one week? A friend at the time liked them... I didn't remember the support acts, Tiger and the Stereophonics. This new discovery boosts Tiger further up my list of most seen bands.

I went to this one, more from this year in my gig history for 1996. I saw Manic Street Preachers at least 5 times; Phoenix Festival @ Avon Park Raceway (1996), Brixton Academy ('96), Kentish Town Forum ('96), V99 @ Hylands Park (1999), and Suede + Manics @ Dreamland (2024), though I still have some bragging tagging to do so this may go up. Part of a list of every gig I went to from 1987 to 2026. A natural step from my Best Gigs Ever blog post. Yeah I know it's a bit geeky, let's let that go though, I'm having fun remembering these things.
